Welcoming Letter
Welcome Letter from Dean of KIC Global Classrooms is an innovative educational program of the United Nations Association of the United States of America(UNA-USA). Global Classrooms is a conference that simulates the United Nations. With the Global Classrooms International Model United Nations, the Global Classrooms has become the Model United Nations with the most number of the participant in the world. In this event, students step into the shoes of ambassadors from UN member states to debate international issues, produce resolutions, negotiate with supporters and adversaries and navigate the United Nation's rules of procedure. Participants will have a great opportunity of learning about the United Nations, deepening their awareness of international issues, understanding and respecting the diverse perspectives, and cultivate their debating and negotiating skills. The College of International Studies of Kyung Hee University, hosts "Global Classrooms: Seoul" on the basis of the cooperation agreement with UNA-USA. To students interested in participating and experiencing dynamic of negotiation, Global Classrooms: Seoul will provide wonderful and memorable opportunity. To awardees of the Global Classrooms: Seoul, opportunities will be given to participate in the Global Classrooms International Model United Nations hosted by the United Nations Association of the United States at the inspiring spot at the United Nations Head Quarter.
